(i) What kind of information is collected by Mi Zona from users of the Site?
Mi Zona may collect varied information from various transactions conducted on this Site.  Most data is collected at the time of registration.  Users are requested to enter a wide variety of data necessary to get effective, accurate and timely performance of the services provided by Mi Zona tailored to a user’s individual needs.

Mi Zona can, by itself or by means of third parties, provide customized, effective services by using “cookie” technology and IP tracking (Internet protocol.) on the Site.  To use these technologies, Mi Zona needs to access certain non-specific data about users including what type of browser is used, what computer model is operated, the computer model’s operating system, internet service provider information and other similar data.  Additionally, Mi Zona may collect information on a number of sections that users visit on the Site.  Based on that information, Mi Zona is able to customize advertising and other messages to provide a better service to users.

As a general rule, Mi Zona does not share or disclose any information, unless authorized to do so by the user or in the following cases: (i) an authority of competent jurisdiction requests it, pursuant to the necessary legal procedures; (ii) Mi Zona deems it necessary to share or disclose a user’s information to comply with policies and procedures in place on the Site; or (iii) to safeguard the integrity of other users or Mi Zona.  Mi Zona will use the information supplied by users to conduct its businesses and may keep the information in its systems during the corporate life of Mi Zona.

(v) What are the users’ choices concerning entering, modification or destruction of their personal data?
Users are able to make a decision regarding their personal information on the Site.  If users do not want to receive any information, they may notify Mi Zona through an email to the Site webmaster.  Additionally, users may reset their browsers to reject cookies, but in doing this, users may restrict their use of certain services supplied by Mi Zona, and Mi Zona shall not deal with the information supplied by users; provided, however, that the user shall email Mi Zona in advance.
